holiday Bible Club

Each year we love to invite the children from the church, the community and further afield to a Holiday Bible Club. Over the years we’ve had many different themes; science based, a repair shop, a space station, sports based and…..well everything in between! These are great fun and are a wonderful opportunity to share the good news of Jesus with those who are of primary school age.

Throughout the club we sing songs (like Rainbow, One Way and Church Clap!), play games, make crafts, take on some challenges, tell hundreds of jokes and we get to hear about Jesus. It’s amazing to see so many of children having great fun engaging with the gospel.

Normally this takes place in the last week of the school summer holidays and we also run a follow-up event in late November that allows us to touch base with all the children once again.

As a church we take our duty to care for children very seriously – our Child Protection Policies and Procedures require that all our volunteers are carefully vetted and disclosure checked.
